"It is, I suppose, one thing to confuse William Marshall (actor) with William Marshall (singer/actor), especially when they are using very similar forms and style, but to confuse James Gleason with Jackie Gleason is unacceptable."

"I remember when I used to sell on ebay (over 20 years ago), mostly sports, I would use PSA QO as an authentication service to help me sell my items and it did work very well."
