Items seem extremely underpriced in some cases. In others, they seem around where they should be. "Happy New Year's. Turns out this guy is a real estate agent (he linked me the website he can be found on) who does this as a hobby. So he may not be a scammer himself, but he probably got taken. The PSA quick opinion came back "likely not…"
