"If a refund has been offered take it. To sell forged ACA and VSA items is not an acceptable answer - they have failed full authentication from 2 of the 3 services. They are forgeries from known sour sources."

You can buy things "from the Big 3" and still purchase a forgery or secretarial. It is course not the norm. But no one is more interested in your autographs than you.
