Jackie Robinson and Mickey Mantle Items

A couple of baseball items that were just auctioned off that sound rather interesting. A baseball glove that Jackie Robinson wore in the 1955 and 1956 World Series fetched $373,000 at the Steiner Sports Memorabilia Auction. The same seller also parted with a Louisville Slugger bat which was used in the 1956 season. That went for $114,000. The same buyer purchased both items, but didn’t identify himself.
