Here's another forged 500 Homerun Club baseball that sold on EBay.
It was sold for $515.55.
$515.55 down the toilet.
These are ugly and horrid-looking forgeries.
It's 2026 and people are still buying garbage like this.

Little off topic. I have recently noticed many fake Mantle signed baseballs, but also some multi signed including 500 home run with JSA, PSA, and Beckett stickers and letters of authenticity. They are all on Bobby Brown baseballs and being sold under different seller names (most likely the same group of people). I have noticed that they are getting really good at their Mantle forgeries, picking up on the couple of small things they used to consistently miss. In the past week or so, I have seen a single signed Mantle ball for go over $1,300. These are very convincing now with the accompanying paperwork and sticker on the ball. They have moved on from the Scoreboard paper copy and are fooling many collectors with high prices and fake documentation.

This one, the seller shows a legit cert with a picture of the same photo with a similar signature, but notice the placement of the signature is different on the actual hoot vs. the cert photo. Seller is somehow copying a signature and superimposing it to look legit, but does not match what is shown on the cert, but close.
