Thank you for your information. I have no choice on the percentage rent since I am contractually obligated to The Forum Shops and as such, must run all sales through the store, which I always do and have done for 19 years of my 25 years in the business. Perhaps in the future, but that would be years from now. I want to keep the business dignified and valuable and yet it is more important to me to get great pieces into hands of autograph collectors like myself at a price they can afford. It's different. I don't know what I would do without Antiquities; it is who I am, so I have to follow the rules dictated by the Forum.

I an unfamiliar with Forever Legends and don't have them listed in my vendor file. With the contemporary personalities, many of them are gotten in person and on the back of the pieces will have the image of that celebrity signing that piece. I have used Morales, Heroes, AAU and have some things with PSA.
