That's Jim Steranko. He's a comic book artist best known for his work on Nick Fury, Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. in the 60s.

His Run on anything Nick Fury is nothing but pure absolute 1960's - 70's cold war / spy BLISS!  That run is in my top 5 of my favorite Comic book series.  I may have to pull those and do some re-reading now LOL! 

Too Bad the Movie Nick Fury isn't as cool as the Original concept.

Louie, this would look great framed up with one of the early Nick Fury 'Agent of S.H.E.I.L.D. comics ( or a bigger print of one of the covers ).
