The worthless COA is from Guaranteed Forensic Authenticators (GFA).

I always get a good laugh when I read the GFA COA.

"100 Years Of Law Enforcement, Professionally Trained."

As of today, May 28, 2023 (GFA opened its doors in Sept. 2011), I have yet to observe an authentic autograph with a COA from Guaranteed Forensic Authenticators.  Not one.
