This was sold by Ebay seller 45Heisman10.

This is the suspicious part.....

The seller listed it as a $999.99 "Buy It Now" or "Best Offer."

The seller accepted a "Best Offer" of $250.00.

This is a no-brainer forgery.

I suspect this will be flipped in the future.
