Hello Everyone,

I am looking to buy this from another collector and wanted to know your input on this. I have compared this to additional Jeter signatures that he signs his middle name in and inscribes "Yankee Captain" on and it all lines up. It also comes from Steiner if you see the bottom left hand of the picture.  Your thoughts on this?

This incredible $799.00 Yankee display piece is a huge 16x20 full color photo, and shows the future HOF'er in action, and in he field making an amazing play. It is a treasure, comes marked by Steiner in a lower corner but has NO hologram attached. It is a Lee approved 10, has "Yankee Captain" added as a bonus in his hand, and show off on this easy HOF investment is easy from 60 feet away!

I doubt that any knowledgable collector will

So you guys don't think this is authentic, that Corey is lying about buying it from another collector and that he had the photo on his phone?  Color me intrigued.

Isn't a auction suite buying things from another collector? It was just a question to see "other collectors" thoughts on if this is real or not. Not to get blasted on where it's posted from. No I do t own it and that's the reason why I didn't say where it was from because you get hounded just because it's from an auction house. I have bought a few things there before that actually do pass PSA/DNA but you have to know what you are looking for/at. So back to my Original Question... Does anyone think this is a real Derek Jeter Autograph? Regardless of where it is from.

Uh, no, buying from an auction is not the same as buying from a collector.  Why would you lie about the photo being cropped off on your phone?  And why would you say the photo has a Steiner hologram?

If it doesn't have a Steiner hologram, don't buy it. There is no reason for someone to take it off. Perhaps it is a reproduction.

Coaches Corner rarely sells genuine autographs of value. Their typical lot brings a fraction of what the same thing would bring elsewhere. Who in their right mind would sell a genuine Derek Jeter through that company?

That's what I was wondering. Thanks for your input and you guys just saved me from wasting my money.. And for that, I thank you all.

Would CC sell a reprint as an authentic autograph?  Because if that's a forgery it's one the best I have ever seen and now it's bothering me.
