Below is a typical example of a forged Mickey Mantle, Ted Williams and Joe DiMaggio baseball.

It's always been my opinion that over 80% of those that purchase autographs have zero knowledge of autographs.  That's why selling forgeries on Ebay is very easy.  A good story, a fake COA and a selling platform (in this case Ebay) that is heavily-populated with delusional autograph collectors and impulse buyers.

It's 2023 and people still think that Ebay filters out the forgeries and nothing could be further from the truth.

What really gets me is that on almost every autograph auction page there is an option to use PSA's Quick Opinion for $10.00 and interested buyers don't use it.

If the buyer had spent $10.00 to Quick Opinion for the below forgeries, the potential winning bidder would have saved themselves hundreds of dollars.

These are common and obvious forgeries that sell on Ebay every day.

I hope the buyer submits this garbage to Beckett, JSA or PSA.

The moron forger penned these laughable forgeries on a Budig baseball.   A Mickey Mantle autograph on a Budig baseball is extremely rare.
