In my opinion there is a strong possibility this Armstrong autograph is authentic. I'd want to study up close and spend some time on it, but it appears consistent with an in-person, signed on his hand autograph.

I think zipper hit this one on the head, signed on the hand, in person authentic signature. Have seen quite a few of them, all the typical starts and stops that would happen when palm signed by him.
