Why won’t eBay stop this guy???

He’s made so much money from people spending $100s and $1000s on garbage. He took a break for a few months but now he’s back with dozens more autographs. (All with the supposed Barry Halper certs)...

You said it yourself, the guys ells hundreds and thousands of dollars of items so ebay make fees so they just don't care as Police etc do nothing

Ebay does not care if the autographs are real or not, they just want the commission of the sale.  If I recall they have a disclaimer when signed items are uploaded to bid but nothing is enforced.
