I think you need to find out the origin.  The top one looks a lot like the forgeries out of Europe that fooled many experts.  Find out where/when it was signed.  The best person on calling those forgeries is Roger Epperson.  As for the bottom one, Id be suspect of the es in 'Presley.  Never seen it that scrunched.

I think you should ask for Roger Epperson's quick opinion.  I think he charges 15.00, but he is the go to guy on Elvis
