Eric Clapton Autographed debut album, Does anyone think this is authentic?

This is an Eric Clapton autograph IU cam across on ebay.  I am thinking about purchasing it for my collection but I first want to be absolutely certain.  Does anyone think this is genuine?

I believe this has been shown a couple of times before and I'm pretty certain it's secretarial.
