I would definitely want all of the information possible that comes with this piece, but in a vacuum it looks good. The problem now, all these years after his passing, there are plenty of forgers out there with enough skill to copy his signature.
Verify the release dates for this version of the dvd etc. Be sure that everything jives, then proceed.
As of my knowledge Heath had a few different styles of signing. I am no expert but this looks sort of legit. I also own a few from the Chicago signing but you will not get anyone to authenticate mine. The family was very angry at the sale of signed photos after his death and put out a statement asking people not to sell. Now things seem to pop up all over the place and some are so fake I am so embarrassed by anyone who buys the junk. As far as the Chicago signing, even the set photographer will not say what happened, because pictures were released before the film to about 200 Chicago crew and neighbors signed by Heath and Christian. Ours are framed never to be sold fake or not. He was a wonderful actor. I can find a few faults with the above like anyone will. PSA DNA will definitely not pass this as real, but in my opinion I believe it "could be"???
There are stories about a supposed signing clinic in Chicago, but I'm pretty sure it's a myth. I've heard the story, but all of the signatures connected to it never looked even close.
Heath is really tough....I looked and looked and looked and studied his stuff and still left with a big question mark on a lot of it.
Here is the problem, I believe he had a lot of variations to his signature, and it gives forgers an opportunity to really make mistakes and have it look alright.
For example, this is a forgery, not really a good one either, but all it would take is a little bit more practice, and have it on something other than a Joker pic, and viola, its look good.

I can not say because I am not an expert but I do see two things that make me think it might be fake. If it were me, I would buy it. I like it also. Just so hard because he is now faked so much I doubt almost everything at this point. This, I would buy. So who knows..
I don't see any major flags here, I have 2 Knight's Tale pieces signed at roughly the same time, and they match damn well.
My Joker shot, signed years later, (the best one I have ever seen) has many of the same attributes.
I guess I would fall in the "some" category.
