Vince Culter Rarities & Dennis H. Jeske??

Hello! I was wondering if anyone has ever dealt with or heard of these two companies/authenticators- Vince Culter Rarities & Dennis H. Jeske?

I've researched both yet cannot find any information.

Any information would be greatly appreciated & thank you in advance for any help!

I've heard of Vince Cutler Rarities. Best I can tell, they were in business in the 1990s to perhaps early 2000s. I've seen maybe a dozen autographs from them over the years, all questionable authenticity.
