So here's a question for the entire group and your opinion will be respected. BY ALL!  OK?

I read that PSA/DNA is nothing but a scam, James Spence is nothing but a scam, and it goes on and on.   Is there any reliable authentication service out there that is at least 90% reliable?

I have two Dale Earnhardt Sr. autographs that I want authenticated.  I've posted here with no response.  I'm willing to pay the money to have them authenticated and I'm willing (and suspect one could be a forgery) to accept the verdict that they are fake.  I just want someone who will stand on some morals and tell me straight up.

Any opinions?  Thanks

Wanted to thank everyone here for the opinions. There's some really good info here that will lead me in the right direction. I never meant to bad mouth any of the services and have no experience myself, but I keep seeing things posted that are less than complimentary. I have two Dale Sr autographs that, if authentic, are certainly worth the cost of verification. I don't plan to sell either but it's for my own self satisfaction. I guess it all goes back to the fact that if you didn't see it signed personally there's never any way to know for sure
Thanks again everyone
If you're not planning on selling them, and can't return them if you purchased them, why don't you just wait a while, do more research and gather more opinions first? When time comes to sell, more current authentication is generally more valuable than older authentication.
