It's from a member of RACC so of course I would think that it's ok. He has some other examples looking like yours, @Mr.Steffman

It's all over the place. Maybe Depp was bumped while signing this in a crowd, but it looks bad regardless.

Personally, I'd advise against buying anything which doesn't look typical. Especially with Depp being a top signer and so many excellent examples being available and affordably priced.

I'd like to see more from this seller. I'll send you a PM on FB.
