The previous owner thinks signed in Birmingham England what makes you think march 63 as a matter of interest?

It's on a card for sure but it's framed the previous owner asked for it to be doulble back glass but it not get done inmighy do it one day!!

I think it was offered for sale about four years ago with a Tracks LOA. I don't know who purchased it.
