Sign of an autopen?

Has anyone ever seen a gold marker make these kind of strange zig zag-y type streaks? Not sure if its an autopen, because it looks like the lines go on top of each other.

Is it this way in person or are you seeing it this way on a website.  Sometimes the way a photo is uploaded to a website can cause this (if they stretch the photo, or make it larger than it is when its uploaded, will pixelate lines).

I'm with wascher on this - it looks more the product of a low res file than the actual pen strokes.
