Does this Michael Jordan signature look real??

Found this on ebay. The COA worries me a bit and I'm little unsure of the signature. I contacted sports memorabilia and they said that isn't their COA

Any help would work.

That looks to be about as fake as it gets. That signature is incredibly slow and shaky. The certificate looks to be from a non-existant company (founded by the late investment banker Edward D. Jones?!).

Thanks guys, I really appreciate the help. Glad I didn't pay for it. Crazy tho g is that the bids were going so high making it seem as if it was legit.
