Hi Everyone,
I would really appreciate if any of you could give me your thoughts on the authenticity of this vintage letter signed by Joan Crawford.
I'm slightly worried about the fact that there isn't any feedback on where this letter comes from, or how it was acquired.
Many many thanks!
Cris :)

Note the op letter matches the 1975 Dec 29 letter shown, and that "c" and high "a" there also match last sec at the cead secretarial much more than the 1964 cead genuine exemplar.
Hi Steve,
Yes, also in Mommie Dearest, and an attempt was clearly made to copy the signature to a decent degree.
I find this letter questionable at least, and with the poor content and first name only signature I would simply look elsewhere. Holiday greetings would be where I'd be looking for secretarial sigs and she did employ them. She produced volumes of letters. I once had a perhaps two hundred in my hand and they were mostly quite boring and very standard. They were about $40 each, the blue stationary etc.
