Lucille Ball, Milton Berle?, and 1 other signature help

I came across this old Nicky Blair's souvenir photo folder. It has Lucille Ball, Milton Berle (I think), and one other signature I can't identify. I am wondering what you guys think as far as the signatures being real. They are all signed in pencil.

Thanks Joe! I did a psa quick opinion and it came back as "likely genuine". So, this makes me more excited that her signature is authentic.

Does anyone have any opinions on the Berle and possibly Costello signatures?
