Extraordinary! On a proof page? Not the best peice? I think that is a matter of opinion my friend :)
Yeah, really nice signature! I'm enjoying this thread and thanks to all for showing. Gilmour is my most wanted still semi affordable signature.
Hi Eric - great thanks to you and to Ian for the kind comments. The proof page is really wonderful. But this is the one piece that seems the most special to me. Program for the 1969 Pink Floyd tour called "The Man and the Journey". Might be one-of-a-kind. Don't know. But it's the oldest, probably most rare item I own. The image is compressed in the thread of the discussion here, but if you click on it you'll see the full piece with all 4 signatures. Waters signed over a darker area. The others are pretty clear.
Monstrous! When I was born on July 16th, 1969, and came home from the hospital on the 20th, I was placed in front of the TV at about 11. I christened it :) I like to think the first music I ever heard was "Moohead" - the jam they played as Armstrong did his thing. BCC only I dunno
My earliest music memory was in 1973, the Time solo. It was summer, I was facing east and my dad was waxing his new red Granada on a Sund:)
That is an incredible piece!!!!!
Peut-être l'élément historique de Floyd ultime!
Cool history, and thanks so much for the kind words. Ford Granada. I remember it well :)
Paul - I don't know if the image came through on your proof page. I can't see it?
One of my favorite pieces - when you're ready to let it go, you know where to find me :).
