I know darn well there aren't many enthusiasts on here of one of the greatest bands known to grace the music world, but let's see if this can draw them out

This might come up for sale by me, and I emphasize might.

Do you think it's legit and what do you think it's worth?

it looks like a band issued litho. if it is u can probably do some research and find the issue price

the only one that didn't like to sign for them was neil

quite right john

it is indeed an official litho signed by Rush and Andrew MacNaughton and numbered

It think it came out at $499 and this is the rarest litho of em all and is the only litho made to have 3 photos and 3 sigs.

I also have the protype mini poster that Andrew did for this which came from Anthem/SRO head office.

I'm not sure what my asking price would be, but I reckon somewhere around $1299

if it came out at 500$  depending home many they did I'm notsure a 1200$ is correct. how many did they do

these don't appreciate like that

I'm not near this item but I think it's 500 printed

I can get $1000 right now from a friend who is an avid Rush collector for 20 years.

You might be surprised how much Rush has appreciated since they retired. And Andrew MacNaughton is no longer with us, so his stuff sky rocketed in value. This is one of his rarest pieces and is very uncommon to come up for sale.

Rush is the one band I know best.

I know someone who worked at Anthem/SRO and has a bunch of old MacNaughton photos unsigned. He's getting $1000 for them and the signed $2000.....seriously!!

Neil Peart used drumsticks are fetching $1000 and the absolute rarest would be signed drumsticks which are so rare you may as well not even look because he ONLY signed those for close personal friends

I know all about rush and there fans . and how neil did like to sign and hid.

get the 1k. as I said they don't appricate that much I deal with this stuff all the time and they did other signed pieces also.

I know there manager very well. that's how gary Sharon wound up the singer in vh. long story but all conected

u need the fanatic who must have it.

yes true its the fanatic which would have this and pay 1000+

and yes, Rush has many all signed official items that are increasing

I don't need the money so selling it must have a good number as Ive been a long standing fan

I should have expected that you know their manager haha

What a life you've had my friend. Maybe its time for a book from you and all the stories.

Books and movies all ready out .even a murder movie and that's another story

oh wow... pm coming at ya

I have been a Rush fan for about 40 years.

Always wanted their autographs, written to them a few times but no luck.

Did manage to get a poster signed by Geddy's brother though.

Geddy's bro signed, that's funny but cool

the chances of sigs through the mail are pretty much over now. And Neil rarely if ever visit's the office anymore. He's pretty much a ghost unless you know him personally.

The stuff on ebay is pretty safe to buy (although way over priced) as it is monitored daily by an officially appointed man. But still post here b4 buying as sometimes it takes a few days to a week to get an item removed if deemed fake.

I might have something much cheaper to sell in the future. An all signed promo photo for maybe $300ish

Greatest band ever. This is awesome. I remember these being for sale. Individual band member prints were $399 and the three like this were $499 but sold out. This would sell easily in the $1,200-1,400 range. Been awhile since I've seen one up for sell. Rush fans will know this piece.

Others are correct Neil didn't like to sign. But did on occasion. My buddy got him in Show Low, AZ a couple times he'd drive through on his motorcycle. Stayed in the same small hotel the day before or after playing in Phoenix.

I sat behind Geddy Lee at a Diamondbacks game the day before seeing a Rush concert. He signed this ball for me. He was an easy signer. Still one of my favorite signatures I have. I'd never part with it.

Super cool

And I agree... real Rush fans will know this litho and how rare it is

I was hoping this thread would bring out the Rush fans

I've been traveling on my moto for over a year in Central America and still looking for that red BMW haha
