I think Jason might be correct.
not as close as the one you posted. the address at the lower corner is 1 inch away from Sincerely and a half inch away from the signature
This is a poster child for the unfortunate practice of making "cuts". Context, meaning - all gone/unavailable.
I have cut signatures from the 1900s and I never understood why they would cut out the signature from a hand crafted note or typed letter. I'd imagine it would be a lot more meaningful to read their letters and keep the autograph as a complete piece.
Meaningful and thus valuable. It is a practice that continues to this day - sad to say.
