JOHN LENNON & PAUL McCARTNEY signed in 1962

Hi, thank you for all. I've been looking for an autograph of this kind for a long time. It seems real and it is 1962. In your opinion, in addition to authenticity, how much could it hold for the two signatures together?

I think that they are genuine but really tatty, why bother?
