I spend a lot of time searching for genuine Madonna signatures. I would say that nearly 90% are fakes, unfortunately. Her early full signatures are extremely scarce. Her more recent abbreviated signatures are somewhat easier to find but pricey.

This is a signed CD Madonna gave to her doctor which I have and is for sale if interested, or even just for comparison.
