Jack Dempsey -souvenir photo from his restaurant

Does anyone know Jack Dempsey signatures?  We know a little about the photo, the people in the photo always said he signed it in person.  Signature is on the first photo, the other two are just for fun/context.

I should say, the woman in the photo always said they got it from him.  The man got hit by the mob in Kansas City, over jukeboxes......
