These both have positive traits BUT i would not personally buy them unless there was some compelling supportive evidence to confirm (ie 100% photographic proof) - they seem too perfectly signed.

Thanks guys, appreciate your feedback!  These are on ebay, so I'm just going to watch and see.  The seller claims they were signed in front of him, who knows.  He does seem to sell a lot of George Michael items.
