1960s Fan Photo of Paul Signing Sgt. Pepper Gatefold

One of The Beatles Instagram groups I follow posted this photo of Paul signing on the gatefold of a Sgt. Pepper LP. Since we know only a few signed versions exist, it'd be fun to know when this was taken and who had the LP signed. A great photo nonetheless.
