I agree. Much different. It appears to possibly be a 1950's era signature if authentic. It is signed on the back of this picture.
The OP shows some characteristics of his later style. It could be a case that it's authentic but such an early example that 98% of collectors would doubt it. Thanks for all your help posterguy!
