Looks like a bunch of squiggles - really fast signature at some sort of an event perhaps. But, you can’t even read what it says much less make out a name. If this is from EBay there are better examples. I’ll attach my TTM signature of Mr Nimoy.

That was my initain thought. This is another autograph where forgaries outnumber the authentic....
