Walt Disney Signed Mickey Print...Forgery or Proxy Signature? Your Thoughts?

This is the most ridiculous attempt at a Walt Disney forgery I think I have ever seen on eBay. Could be a proxy signature by one of Walt's cartoonists but I don't think so. Either way I am not interested in buying it, just curious about opinions...
