I think it is real. About the value, if you find someone who is collecting odds he will pay certainly mire then for a only digned LP by Elton John.

I have obtained many by Elton in person at concerts and looked at numerous as well, and I agree it is not his.

Remember, a COA can be "legit" and the graph still a forgery/fake/secretarial etc.
