Beatles Signed Magazine Photo

Here is an interesting item. A signed magazine photo located in a fan’s scrapbook.  Can’t tell if they are printed or copied.  John’s looks pretty choppy and the others all have issues? Any thoughts?

This is printed.The picture was taken in San Fran on August 18,1964 at the start of their 1964 Summer Tour. "Grand Hotel" was an Italian woman's magazine...
