Beatles Signed Royal Variety Picture Book

This one is coming up for sale in December in the UK.  The contrast is not great however they do look ok to me. Any thoughts?

I don't like them. Too perfect. This looks like the same person who did the meet the beatles and the please please me fakes a few years ago through Heritage.
