Pink Floyd signed Relics LP

I will appreciate any help in evaluating this LP for authenticity.  I suspect it is a forgery but need a more knowledgeable opinion.

Here are matching authentic DVD covers -  David Gilmour promotional C. 2002 and Waters The Wall documentary/concert film cover collected in person September 16th, 2017. 7" x 10" each (unfolded). Mint condition.
