Elvis Presley and Priscilla

This is in a binder full of Elvis stuff mostly from the 90's  "Lorraine" is Lorraine De Matteo, can't find anything on her, but she has a couple of headshot photos of herself in the binder too.  I seems to have been her binder, and she......I'm still going though it, but she seemed to have some connection with Priscilla

This is on what looks like a torn up party hat.  Odds are slim, I know, but what do you think?
