Certainly genuine but so very trimmed - this was a personal ISOLAR "business card" of sorts. Your example is nearly complete as far as the signature - some examples like the one below have both apostrophes. I do not know why someone would trim away the context and leave such a small item. They were about 4x5 originally. I have scans of many of these when many were coming from RecordMecca with Jeff Gold and Roger Epperson papers in early 2016. I bought as many as possible for 149-199 while one could. Last I saw they had some for $400 or so at the RM site, about 1.5 months back? They always seem to have a few more. These ISOLAR cards were signed by Bowie in bulk, several hundred, in 1993 and inserted into spacial copies of Black Tie/White Noise. The majority are "experimental signatures" and very unusual/creative. I have to say I would recommend a full untrimmed card. Here is an example of such a card - one of my old examples mow sold:

As you know Eric I have the full isolar  card but I thought  for £175  to good to miss especially with tracks loa

Apologies, I had forgot you have a full card. Yes, a good price for a genuine Bowie! :)

No need to apologise my friend i and others appreciate the time and expertise you take to help us mere mortals along with others who give there expert  views on other artists thank you
