Rockaway is a legitimate seller, I will say I am not an authenticator so I will not personally say whether the one you posted OR the one from Rockaway is good or bad. I am sure there are others here who may be better help, or possibly seeking a TPA for further investigation may be smart. 

I just wanted to provide you with a similar example, which also shows them all signed in the exact same spots. I hope that helps a little with your investigation.
