SIGNED 1963 PROGRAMME?

What do members think of this programme, presumably signed in 1963?

All four sigs have some untypical moments, but overall they could be authentic in my opinion. Maybe the faults are due to the ink pen - but I do still have some doubts.

Saw this too. No way was my immediate reaction and I haven't changed my opinion.
