Looking for help with Apollo 11 signatures

I am interested in purchasing this item from a friend, I have done some research and do NOT believe they are auto pen. They appear to be original.

Any help would be appreciated.

These are printed facsimile signatures. This preprint was distributed by NASA in mass volume in the early 70s to schools, libraries, etc.
