Derek Jeter signed book opinion

Hoping to sell this book for my late friends wife. Has a letter from Barnes and Noble. Book was sent due to a restitution of some issue.

im hoping to sell for 200+ but need good opinions. Truth is out there? Thanks all. Scott

Looks consistent with several other copies I saw during a google search, some of which were authenticated by Beckett and JSA.
