Hey guys!!

Was looking into this autographed photo, and the signature looks pretty good compared to other examples, but I worry because it’s on eBay and from Hong Kong. I believe the “authenticity” is from LF sports , which is hit or miss from what I hear.

What do you guys think?

Thanks!

MARIO LEMIEUX HAS SEVERAL STYLES OF SIGNATURE DEPENDING ON WHEN IN HIS CAREER AND IF IT WAS A HURRIED ON STREET OR SIT DOWN SIGNING AUTOGRAPH.  THIS ONE LOOKS LIKE MID 2000'S SIT DOWN PERFECT SIGNATURE THAT YOU DON'T SEE VERY OFTEN.  SO IS IT REAL OR IS IT DRAWN.  COULD BE EITHER ESPECIALLY ON WHERE YOU ARE SAYING IT IS FROM.

Thanks buddy!!

This doesn't look drawn.  It's an authentic signature. Won't find much nicer of an autograph from Mario.

Thanks buddy! I though it looked great. But worried too great. Especially for only 75 bucks and a not so reknown authenticator.

I would stay away from these overseas sellers.  I’m not sure who the seller is specifically, but I do know there is a seller in China who has a ton of Lemieux, Geordie Howe, Joe Namath, Jim Brown, etc.  Every item is signed perfectly and most look authentic.  Obviously, these athletes are not running around the streets of China and several have passed away.  I consider them to be either top notch forgeries or high end reproductions.

I agree with Steve

It could very well be a copy, but that is definitely not a forgery. That is Lemieux's autograph.
