Elton John Autograph real or not

Hello all,

First time here and would love to get your opinion on an Elton John photo I bought at an estate sale this morning. I doesn't look like any signature I've seen thus far and I'm worried I would be wasting my money if I tried to get it officially authenticated. Any info would be great. Thanks
