hey guys

not sure if anyone here can do UK Premier League graphs but I have 4 that I got custom made from a guy/stall that has been outside the ground for literally as long as i can remeber so i hope he's legit. Paid £250 each for them and have COA etc. His company claim to be part of ATFAL or something that guarantees sigs but not sure. Can dig out a COA from behind if needed. What do you think?

Maybe post some sigs from other sources that look like the ones you showed?

Eric

Sorry to tell you but that seller sells fakes.I bought a Ryan giggs signed shirt from him and found out years later it was fake. Most of his framed shirts are all £250 and every one of them are fakes.

So this is a Theirry Henry I bought last year from Icons.com that I know 100% to be original from a signing they had with him. Please compare it with the one I bought from this seller who is still selling I can confirm!

What is the point of this AFTAL organisation which the seller is a member of if they don't eject fakers?I

'Aftal' seller

Hey Ryan

I can't give you an opinion on the signatures on here but as Eric said, buying from a seller on reputation alone is not a good idea. In my personal experience I have seen forgeries/highly questionable autographs from UACC and AFTAL sellers, some genuine of course. I will not name any names. When I started collecting, I used to buy on reputation alone, but I was a newbie and did not know any better and of course. Got ripped off. Aftal make out they are honest sellers, help stamp out forgerys and work with the authorities. Do they? When I last went to comic con in London. They had a few autograph stalls and every one was selling some sort of forgery. One claimed to sell some vintage signatures, but the paper looked like it came out of a new notepad. On other stalls the signatures looked wobbly/slow and done by the same hand. These were Aftal/UACC. but people were buying them. It makes me sick, i am sorry for the tangent. Don't buy things just cause they got impressive membership badges, impressive glossy coas, and shiny stickers. At the end of the day it's all about the signature. I hope you get your money back.

Aftal and uacc maybe had good intentions to begin with and there are some good sellers about in these organisations. But now aftal and uacc as organisations they are sinking ships imo

No I didn't even bother trying to get my £750 back and the guy actually called me shouting about 'something on a forum' so he must have seen this! Also his stall is STILL positioned outside Emirates Stadium selling this garbage. Disgrace.

He is also STILL listed on AFTAL so they are also garbage.
