So I'm more a collector (and reader) of photography books but a while ago I came across what appears to be a signed copy of Nixon's 1973 Inaugural Book.
What I am interested in is a) does it appear genuine and B) who could the dedication be made to?
Any help on both would be appreciated. I'm not looking to sell the book as I think it's a rather interesting piece of history to have, especially if real and especially given what came soon after that Inauguration.
The signing is with what appears to be a dark pen on a blue page so it's not photographed too well but I've done a quick B&W conversion to try and make it a bit clearer...

I defer to others on whether this is real or secretary.
