Tell them you will not be making payment as the items are forgeries. If they hassle you then tell them that they can have them authenticated by PSA, JSA or Beckett who will confirm they're fake.

Add that you will contact the States District Attorney and the FBI to file a complaint that the site is selling counterfeit items and shipping them across state lines. They won't pursue you as they have too much to lose.
